At our East London Gym we have a variety of excercise classes available across a wide range of activities with all of our classes designed to get everybody involved and active but to also have fun. To learn more about some of the classes below please click on the highlighted options. Our Sauna and Steam Rooms are only available on gender specific days so please see the timetable below for more details.
