A new look studio group exercise timetable has been introduced. New classes include: Pump ‘n’ Tone, Yoga, Kick Box, Circuit and many more.
Our Sports Hall plays host to many varied activities throughout the week including: 5 a-side Football, Badminton, Table Tennis and Basketball. The Sports Hall facility is also available for private hire. Click here for further details.
