As a faith-based charity, we aim to help young people holistically to develop their whole lives in body, mind and spirit. We serve people of all faiths and none.

We want to work with churches and faith groups who share our values, and we depend on the generosity of godly people to make a difference in our community.

You can help us by encouraging your Church or Faith group to:

  • hold a fundraising event, such as a coffee morning, bring and buy sale or sponsored silence
  • take a special collection
  • make us its Charity of the Year
  • support our All Change capital appeal to refurbish our main hostel

Look at our donations or events pages for more ways in which you can help, or give us a call on 020 8509 4631 or email supportus@forestymca.org to discuss.

"On my recent visit to Forest YMCA, I was struck by the vital work it is doing with homeless young people in an extremely deprived area of East London. I wholeheartedly support this charity and wish them every success with their plans to refurbish their main hostel."

The Venerable Elwin Cockett, Archdeacon of West Ham
